Chocolate Walk

For my mom’s 60th birthday she and I traveled to Paris to celebrate.  While the whole trip was a ton of fun my favorite activity was the Chocolate Walk.  Thanks to a blog post of Marc’s suggesting Context Travel we set up 2 walking tours while we were in Paris.  The chocolate tour was led by Alisa Morov, a American pastry chef now working and writing in Paris.  We had so much fun walking around Paris and tasting chocolate together.  The tastings were amazing, we tried everything from traditional Parisian macaroons to basil chocolate to giant chocolate hippos.
