I had hoped by now the Arizona racial profiling law would have made America furious. I certainly expressed my concerns here and here, as well as a guest blog here. But instead of outrage I hear of rallies supporting this type of legislation all over the country and it makes me feel sick, and helpless. So what can I do?

One of the challenges Leon and I face each year is we put off our charitable giving until the end of December and then we run around crazy finding charities we want to support, writing checks, and trying to get everything postmarked by Dec 31st. It isn’t really a good month to add additional tasks, so this year we are trying a new strategy.
